PSA possible fix for the 10-15 seconds desync problem some people are facing Posted: 08 Oct 2019 05:08 AM PDT Might not work for all of you, but my buddies were either 10-15 seconds behind me if I hosted with lots of rubberbanding and desync - not being able to pick up drops and the like. Same went for me if they were hosting. Changing "antiAliasingSamples 8" to "antiAliasingSamples 1" in the "options.cfg" inside of our Cube World folder seems to have completely fixed the massive desync that the game is now actually playable! Only lag that stays is the 120ms ping since we're on different continents but it feels incredibly smooth now. Hope it helps! submitted by /u/SophiaHub [link] [comments]

Mod packs?? Posted: 08 Oct 2019 10:30 AM PDT So with all this modding going on and no insight on what wollay will do with the game I suggest a platform kind of like technic launcher on Minecraft for cube world where people work on mod packs for the game. Red/Mythic Rarity Gear? Posted: 08 Oct 2019 10:03 AM PDT Anyone remember the red tier items in CW that you'd have to find by getting seeds from the internet, treking many km through many biomes to find the recipe? Never dropped and always sooooooooo much stronger than gold. After finding my first one, I went and got all the relivant ones off the internet and made many journeys for them all. Then I learned how to make them in cheat engine and broke the game... I'd like to have those again but it looks like the red tier was removed or I just cant figure out how to do it in this version.
