    [Help] How to progress in Cube World?

    Hello,

    can anyone here help us how we can make some progress in Cube World. A friend of mine and myself we made a character but everything destroyed us. The only mobs we managed to kill were few of the lowest non-aggressive 1 grey star NPCs. But the low 1 grey star quests are way to hard we dont really understand how to make some progress after creating a new character. There is a one grey star quest in a camp and one grey star quest we have to kill a witch but both kills us immediately.

    Should we just farm some ingridients and low mobs until we get some stuff? I dont think there is a quest we can do immediately at the beginning. We are at Gromore Village.

    I've been following the development of this game for a while now and it's really coming along nicely. It gives off Cube World vibes. The developer posts updates every few days and I highly recommend that you guys check out what he's done so far. You can follow the development over at /r/projecthedra

    How are you supposed to kill enemy mages?

    Just got back into the game using the u/arishackstv mod. I've come on to a soft lock though where the NPC mages are one shotting me due to them being in groups of 4 and shooting literal death rays. Is there a cheap trick I'm missing out on? I have level 2-3 ish gear and I can't even progress in this region because of the sheer amount of mages present in the quests/ Areas of Interests.
