    Hello, I am proud to announce cube world version 1.0. I am very sorry for the delay. After the huge interest generated by the alpha, I decided the best thing to do was to hire a team of developers to build the game YOU wanted.

    - Added MMO supportServers now support up to 250 players.You can join three other players to explore the world and interact with other players.You can now create a guild. Guilds can sell gear in cities and even capture them to prove their strength.You can now initiate duels with another player at any point.Coliseum can now host PvP tournaments where player can fight each other to earn prizes and reputation.Some dungeons can only be completed by a team of 16 people, these dungeons contain harder enemies, difficult bosses and prized artifacts.

    - Added factionsYou can now choose to join a faction. The faction you choose to join allows you to unlock new abilities exclusive to that faction. Faction are at war with each other so choose your side wisely.Factions give you random quests to improve your reputation and receive faction-themed loot.Factions have a base in specific regions where you can craft custom weapons, hand gliders and boats.

    - Added big cities

    There are many quest givers and secrets you can find in towns. Complete many of them and you may even get a surprise.You can upgrade your weapons in towns and change the way they look.You can buy a house in cities and customize the inside with cosmetic items.

    - Added build modeYou can now collect craft materials to build your own house.You can now store your items and gold in your house by building a chest.

    - Added three new classesThe beast master can use multiple pets at the same time. It can also use pet specific abilities that can unlock its pets true potential.The bard can use musical instruments to deal high amount of damage and support their teammates. It can also debuff or charm enemies.The druid can use the forces of nature to fight. By learning enough about the world, he can also shape shift into several pets and use their powers.

    - Added a true skill treeBasic abilities are now unlocked at start and you can choose between a dozen of new actives, passives and out of fight abilities.

    - Added weatherWeather influence the way enemies spawn in the overworld.Some enemies will only spawn during a rainfall, a thunderstorm or a snowstorm.Some abilities synergize with the weather for devastating effects.

    - Added rare pets and pet evolutionSome of them can evolve via a specific food items.

    - Added and improved several landscapes, dungeons mobs and pets

    - Added more playable races, more customization options and class specific headgears

    - Added many instrumentsYou can play an instrument at any time by equipping it and playing notes with your keyboardBards can use these instruments as weapons.

    How long Wollay developed the new progression system

    Wollay developed the new system within 158 days. His last screenshot with the old system was on 26th January 2019 and the first one on the 3rd July 2019.

    So overall from the 26th January to release he had only 247 days. I don't think he tested himself this system long enough and with all scenarios, what do you think?

    Hi guys i have enjoyed this game in the last couple of days since lauch with no hate(i have played in 2013 too), but now i lost my plus(+) in certain biomes, i am in the 7th biome and in the last(6th biome) i need to gather new items for that biomes (plus items didn't worked) and idk why...

    so basically i teleportet between the small gap underneth the spirit door... thing is i dont have the harp thingy that opens it, so im kinda softlocked. lucky u can tp to the respawn alters.

    What needs to be fixed to make Cube World a better game

    Alright, I've been a huge fan of Cube Wold since it's alpha, but now with it's official release a bunch of problems seems to be showing up. As many youtubers made videos about it, the game isn't really worth playing since all the objectives are pretty much pointless.

    I have a ground of about 20h playing that release and will try to propose some balances that could be made to make the game seems better while not truly changing it.

    1) New level system: If you wanna delete the exp system it's fine, but atleast make the artifacts usefull, on top of having to buff those pretty useless stats that gives +2% swim speed, +2% stamina while diving... I think they should at least be buffed to 5-10% depending on the stat. Also I would like to add a system that makes you gain combat stats depending on your level: let's say when you hit level 2, you gain some HP/dmg and whenever you hit some specific levels like 5,10,15... you will gain some extra good stats or CDR on your spells, which will then make your life a bit easier when travelling, cause having to regrind everything from scratch isn't fun, and having some extra little help won't make a lot of difference towards the end game if the 5* bosses are buffed in resistance or whatever. Some balance needs to be applied to this with numbers, but it's a concept that is easy to incorporate into the game, as the level system is already there, and simply needs to add numbers to it.

    2) Change the loot rate of item: As many can relate, you pretty much spend a whole hour grinding for dongeons just to end up getting items that are not for your class, or sometimes not even the weapon that you want: for example I'm a ranger boomerang pref, and pretty much the last time I played with a boomerang was when I was doing some early game (between 1-2h of gameplay) then I only got bows so I ended up playing this only, since I never loot good boomerangs, but that is not the REAL issue. In this game you pretty much have to loot some good + gear and use it to loot your other build on the other dongeons, since I pretty much only loot weapons for rogue/mage/warrior, I think the loot rate should be adjusted towards your class. Let's say that right now loot rate must be about 25% for each class, you could bump those numbers up to 40% for your class and 20% for every others, which still results in more chances to have some other class stuff than your class, but still makes it easier (numbers can still be changed to make the game more balanced though)

    3) FIX THE BUGS!!! : I've played ranger for 20h, and so far I've encoutered so many bugs about that class and some are even game breaking!! for example, the boomerang sometimes does no dmg, when playing sniper : the tap mouse 3 move is literally broken right now : if you do it and have enough stamina to do a roll right before hitting the ground it makes you redo another jump and keeps the speed which is literally broken as a movement tool even if it's not easy to pull off. Also if you ever pull off that bug, well ... it neglates fall damages so if you're confident in doing it you can do some insane jumps off cliffs and survive it and finally if you do that "roll jump" you can jump midair to cancel the speed or simply have a double jump, that will reset fall damage (towards your new position). I haven't made a video to showcase the bug but I can if needed, just try it by yourself with a little of stamina regen you can do some insane successives jumps.

    (Throwing that here, but the sniper shadow clone should be stacking combo, and scout's shift should make him go way faster since rolls are just better than this)

    4) Reduce the wandering across the map time: We all spend hours trying to get all those dongeons or lore buildings, and it's unfun. An item called the "*region name* Map" could be created to fix that problem, it could be obtained after clearing a 5* dongeon and would give you infos of where to look to complete your zone 100%. As in exploring the fun part is more like finding stuff and not wandering for hours going SUPER slowly except if you do that sniper bug.

    That is what I've came up so far, I think that could make the game a little bit more enjoyable to be playing, I think those are some cheap balance fixes that could be way upgraded! Thanks for reading, it's open for your opinions to be shared!

    Because if you aren't, and you left a positive review, please go back and change it to your current position on the game. I did with mine. A game like this needs more than a weeks worth of replayability to be recommendable IMO.

    So I used to play cube world way back then and I've had sever high leveled characters with hundreds of hours in the game. Well I recently saw that it had been updated and I got excited because I wanted to play the game again because I have been waiting for the game to get an update for forever.. Even though the reviews say otherwise.

    But I tried to log in and my account on picroma and my account is gone?? and now the game is on steam??? Am I going to have to rebuy the game?

    (Its probably something obvious but went over my head.)
